§1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the User", "you", "your") and sports 88 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the sports 88 website at sports88.games and all associated services, games, promotions, and PKR account functions (collectively, "the Services").

By accessing the sports 88 platform, completing registration, funding a PKR wallet, or placing any wager on any game or sports betting market, you accept these Terms unconditionally. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must not use the sports 88 platform.

§2 Eligibility & Age Restriction

To be eligible to register and use sports 88, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration;
• Be the person whose details are provided during registration;
• Not be subject to a self-exclusion order on sports 88 or any associated platform;
• Not be a current or former employee of sports 88 or any direct affiliate, unless written approval has been obtained;
• Not be accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is expressly prohibited by applicable law.

sports 88 reserves the right to request identity documentation — including a copy of a valid Pakistani CNIC — at any point to verify eligibility. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable time may result in account suspension and delay of any pending PKR withdrawals.

§3 Account Registration

Each individual is permitted to hold only one sports 88 account. Duplicate accounts — whether opened using different email addresses, mobile numbers, or identity details — are strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, sports 88 reserves the right to close all associated accounts and void any outstanding balances or pending bonuses.

You must provide accurate, current, and complete information at the time of registration and keep that information up to date throughout your use of the sports 88 platform. This includes your legal name, Pakistani CNIC number, date of birth, mobile number, and preferred PKR payment method. Providing false information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

§4 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your sports 88 login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your credentials with any third party. sports 88 will never contact you by any channel to request your password or two-factor authentication code — any such communication should be treated as a fraudulent attempt.

You must notify the sports 88 support team immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account. sports 88 will not be liable for losses incurred as a result of unauthorised access where you have failed to take reasonable precautions to protect your credentials or have shared them with another person.

§5 Deposits & PKR Wallet

All funds held on the sports 88 platform are denominated exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). sports 88 accepts deposits via the following channels: Easypaisa, JazzCash, SadaPay, Raast, HBL internet banking, UBL internet banking, and MCB Bank internet banking. Minimum deposit amounts and daily limits may apply and are published on the deposit page within your account dashboard.

• Minimum single deposit via Easypaisa or JazzCash: 200 PKR;
• Deposits are credited to your sports 88 PKR wallet upon confirmed receipt from the payment provider;
• sports 88 does not charge a platform-side fee on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges;
• Deposits made in error cannot be reversed once credited to your sports 88 wallet;
• sports 88 reserves the right to apply enhanced due-diligence checks for deposit amounts exceeding 100,000 PKR in a single transaction.

§6 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment channel used for the most recent deposit, subject to identity verification being completed on your account. sports 88 targets processing of standard PKR withdrawals to Easypaisa and JazzCash within 2–4 hours of request submission. Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1–3 business days depending on the receiving institution.

sports 88 reserves the right to suspend a withdrawal request pending investigation if the request triggers anti-money-laundering checks or if unusual activity is detected on the account. The minimum withdrawal amount is 500 PKR. sports 88 does not charge a platform-side fee on standard withdrawals; payment provider charges, if any, are the responsibility of the User.

§7 Bonuses & Promotions

sports 88 offers a range of PKR-denominated bonuses and promotional offers to eligible registered users. Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms, including wagering requirements, minimum deposit thresholds, eligible games, and expiry periods. General bonus conditions applicable to all sports 88 promotions include:

• Bonuses are available to one account per household, device, and IP address;
• Bonus funds must meet the specified wagering requirement before they may be withdrawn as real PKR;
• sports 88 reserves the right to withdraw a bonus offer at any time prior to it being claimed;
• Bonus abuse — including but not limited to arbitrage betting, collusion, and multi-accounting — will result in bonus cancellation and potential account suspension;
• In the event of a conflict between a promotion-specific term and these general Terms, the promotion-specific term takes precedence for that promotion only.

§8 Game Rules & Fair Play

All casino games available on sports 88 — including Baccarat, Rummy, jackpot slots, live dealer tables, and cockfighting markets — operate under published game rules accessible within each game interface. All games using a random number generator are certified for fairness. Live dealer outcomes are determined by physical game elements observed in real time via video stream.

sports betting markets, including HBL Pakistan Super League cricket betting and international fixtures, are governed by the specific sports betting rules published in the sports section of the sports 88 platform. In the event of a match abandonment, postponement, or result void, bets will be settled according to the published rules for that market.

• sports 88 reserves the right to void any bet placed after the result of an event is known ("courtsiding");
• Maximum payout limits per game, per event, and per day may apply and are published within each game or market;
• Any technical fault during a game session will be investigated; if the fault cannot be resolved, bets may be voided and PKR stakes returned;
• Suspected cheating, software exploitation, or collusion between players will result in immediate account suspension pending investigation.

§9 Responsible Gaming

sports 88 is committed to responsible gaming and provides a range of tools to help you manage your play:

• PKR Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly PKR deposit caps from your account dashboard. Limits take effect immediately upon activation;
• Session Reminders: Configure time-based reminders that alert you when you have been playing continuously for a set period;
• Reality Checks: Pop-up notifications showing your net gaming result at intervals you define;
• Self-Exclusion: Temporarily or permanently exclude yourself from the sports 88 platform. Self-exclusion takes effect immediately and cannot be reversed during the active exclusion period;
• Account Closure: Contact sports 88 support to close your account permanently at any time.

Players who self-exclude must not attempt to re-register or access the sports 88 platform during an active exclusion period. Any balance in your PKR wallet at the time of self-exclusion will be held and released upon the expiry of the exclusion period, subject to identity verification, unless you have chosen permanent closure, in which case the balance will be withdrawn to your registered payment method after identity checks are completed.

§10 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the sports 88 platform:

• Registering more than one account;
• Using the platform if you are under 18 years of age;
• Providing false, misleading, or unverifiable identity information;
• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to interact with any part of the platform;
• Exploiting software bugs or errors for financial gain — any such gains will be voided;
• Colluding with other players to influence game outcomes;
• Engaging in money laundering, fraud, or any other criminal activity through the platform;
• Attempting to access another user's account without authorisation;
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing sports 88 staff or other users through any support channel.

Violation of any prohibited conduct provision may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of any PKR balance, cancellation of pending bonuses, and reporting of the relevant activity to Pakistani law enforcement authorities where required.

§11 Intellectual Property

All content on the sports 88 platform — including but not limited to game software, graphics, logos, trademarks, interface design, marketing copy, and documentation — is the intellectual property of sports 88 or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property law. You may not reproduce, distribute, adapt, or reverse-engineer any part of the sports 88 platform without prior written consent.

§12 Privacy & Data

Your use of the sports 88 platform is also governed by the sports 88 Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. The Privacy Policy describes how sports 88 collects, processes, stores, and protects your personal data in accordance with applicable data protection standards. By using sports 88, you consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy.

§13 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, sports 88 shall not be liable to you for any:

• Loss of profits, revenue, or PKR winnings arising from platform downtime or technical failure;
• Indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages;
• Losses arising from your failure to comply with these Terms;
• Losses arising from your failure to maintain the security of your sports 88 login credentials;
• Delays in PKR withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers including Easypaisa, JazzCash, or Pakistani banks.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by sports 88's negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

§14 Amendments

sports 88 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered users by email to the address held on your sports 88 account, or by a prominent notice displayed upon your next sports 88 login. Your continued use of the platform following notification of changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not accept the updated Terms, you must close your account and withdraw any PKR balance before the effective date of the changes.

§15 Governing Law

These Terms shall be interpreted in accordance with their plain English meaning. sports 88 operates the platform with Pakistani players as its primary audience and applies terms consistent with fair dealing and consumer protection principles applicable in Pakistan. Any dispute arising from these Terms that cannot be resolved through the sports 88 complaints procedure shall be referred to binding arbitration before a mutually agreed neutral arbitrator.
